USA Swimming Teams ...
BEFORE you Import These Results, You MUST do the following
1. Be sure you have an additional Team Set Up as UN with LSC of AD in your Team Manager file
ALL Observed Meets are Loaded with swimmers Unattached
2. Be sure that all of your athletes ARE Included in your Team Manager file
3. When doing the Import Results, DO NOT Select the "Add New Teams/Athletes" option
If you do, you will import ALL of the swimmers from the meet, not just yours

Written Requests MUST be Made by the End of The Meet for Times to be Loaded to SWIMS
No Times will be loaded to SWIMS Unless a Request Has Been Submitted
USA-S form "C" from Swims Times Module Policy Manual or the AD Supplied Forms
There are NO After The Fact Requests for SWIMS Times Loads Accepted
with the following Exception
If a swimmer HAS Made a Request by submitting a request form before the end of the meet
and would like a Legal Split added, please email the AD Sanction/Times Chair
No splits are loaded by default ... you must request them.

Swimmers MUST have a current USA-S Registration to have their times loaded to SWIMS
