PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED FOR
ALL ATHLETES
If
you are a NEW Athlete Member to USA Swimming - Never before registered in any
capacity,
or if you are a new to Adirondack swimmer transferring from another
LSC,
You MUST send a copy of your Birth Certificate or Passport to the
LSC Admin at office@adirondackswimming.org
Adirondack Swimming Requires proof of age to be
allowed to swim in any Age Specific Events.
Without proof of age, you will
only be allowed to swim in non age specific events (Open/Senior)
If you enter
a meet that does not have Open/Senior events, you will be removed from the meet.
Birth Certificate Note: Parents, you may cover up all
portions of the birth certificate
other than the portion that shows it's a
legal document and the child's information.
We have no need to see the parent
information.
Unattached Athletes,
please be sure to take note of the following:
USA Swimming Insurance covers you ONLY when you are under
the direct supervision of a properly registered and certified coach member.
If you attend any meets, you MUST make arrangements with a coach,
in advance, for
supervision.
