SC Champs Entries must be a swimmers SWIMS Recorded and Qualifying time in the
qualification period
Golds is a "Faster Than or Equal To" qualifying meet,
entry times do NOT have to be a swimmers Best Time
2024 Qualifying Period is January 1, 2023
through March 3, 2024
The New SWIMS Times Recon Report shows 3 General Errors;
1. Faster Time Available
If a Faster Time is Found, that time Can be used for entry
For Golds, a swimmer's entry time MUST be Recorded to SWIMS and a Qualifying Time, in the
Qualifying Period
If the swimmer has a Faster Recorded time, Coach may
request to use that faster time for entry
2. Swim Date Out of Range
These
entry times cannot be used because they were not achieved in the Qualification
Period
If a qualifying time in the Qualification Period is
found, it will be used for entry
If no qualifying time is found, that entry
may not be used and will be removed
3. No Match
The Entry Time used is Not a Recorded SWIMS Time in the Qualification
Period ... these times cannot
be used for entry
If the swimmer does have a SWIMS Recorded
Time in the Qualification Period, that time will automatically be used for entry, if
qualifying
If the swimmer has no recorded SWIMS time in the qualifying
period, that entry will be removed
No updates will be made
where the swimmer has No Recorded SWIMS Time until we have results of the
Silvers Meets to verify
